A warm felicitation to the RMMC-IS SHS Researchers who were awarded as the Grand Winner in the USAID ESP: WISER Project National Ideation Competition!
Out of 62 colleges and universities, the RMMC Grade 12 students, Elbert C. Pintor, Mark Lloyd S. Gorumba, Patricia Sarah S. Sardido, Vanessa Mae S. Bunzo, and Mark Jade Y. Pagay stood out with their research project entitled "Automatic Trash-Sorting Bin for Efficient Waste Management."
This accomplishment was made possible thanks to the guidance of their Research Adviser, Sir Shurwin M. Calawod, LPT and Research Teacher, Ma'am Arceli P. Naval, MA along with the hardworking coach and mentor, project officers, Dr. May Imperial, and her partner, Engr. Markley Mey Saplala, the RMMC-IS SHS Coordinator, Ma'am Neliza Parojinog Victoriano, LPT, and Executive Director for Academic Affairs, Dr. Geraldine D. Rodriguez.
This award is a testament to their hard work, ingenuity, and collaborative spirit. It not only brings honor to our institution but also highlights the potential for technology to revolutionize waste management practices globally.
