1 Continually improve the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) based on ISO 21001 requirements while fulfilling relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
2 Provide relevant human, land, and capital resources, alongside robust marketing strategies, facilities, and a defined organizational structure.
3 Fulfill corporate social responsibility commitments.
4 Equip all employees with relevant knowledge and training to perform effectively their educational and administrative responsibilities.
5 Establish relevant quality assurance, accreditation, ladderization, microcredentialing, open distance e-learning (ODEL), life-long learning, and control programs at relevant processes to ensure all teaching methods, researches, and innovations meet the requirements of the EOMS.
