The Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (BSCA) is a four-year undergraduate degree program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for professional practice in customs administration, international trade, import-export operations, and supply chain management. It prepares students for national licensure as Customs Brokers and for careers in both public and private sectors including government agencies like the Bureau of Customs, logistics companies, brokerage firms, and multinational corporations. The program provides holistic education by realizing human potential while imbibing in the lives of students the RMMC’s core values, which are love of God, integrity, patriotism, service, and excellence gearing towards building a better nation.

RMMC’s Customs Administration Program is a four-year degree program that integrates student’s technical skills with specialized customs administration theory and practice preparing each student to become well-founded and responsible practitioner to their profession.
The primordial goal of the customs administration education is to produce ethical and socially responsible customs broker professionals whose skills and competence conform to, and are compliant with, international standards and best customs practices.
a. The graduates of the program are expected to take and pass the Customs Brokers Licensure Examination (CBLE for as embodied under Republic Act 9280), as amended and become licensed professionals.
b. Within three years from finishing the BSCA program and passing the licensure examination, the graduates are expected to have commenced the practice of their profession either in the industry representing their clients before any government agencies; in the government as technical professionals occupying frontline to supervisory positions; or in the private sector in similar positions.
c. Within five years, the graduates are expected to be highly experienced professionals in the industry, academe and in the private or public sector occupying supervisory to managerial positions.
Provide in-depth knowledge and skills to Customs Administration students in traditional and practical aspects of international customs laws and practices.
Establish harmonious relationship with stakeholders through linkages and consortia.
Produce BS-Customs Administration Graduates imbibing in their lives RMMC’s Core Values which are Love of God, Integrity, Patriotism, Service, and Excellence; and bringing with them Customs Brokers’ Five Pillars of Ethics which are Competence, Respect, Integrity, Justice, and Fairness.
A graduate of the BS Customs Administration program should be able to:
Articulate the provisions of tariff and customs laws, rules and regulations;
Perform the different customs valuation and classification concepts and applications, techniques and remedies;
Detect and manage fraud in the area of occupation;
Interpret the provisions of international trade laws and agreements;
Demonstrate self-confidence in dealing with clients, fellow professionals and the various government agencies;
Innovate supply chain management approaches and methodologies; and
Introduce new ideas for the improvement of the practice of the profession as customs broker and as a supply chain practitioner;
