As Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges gears toward global growth and development through partnerships with international institutions and organizations, the RMMC International Linkage Office will be conducting a Faculty and Staff Development Program scheduled to take place on July 23–24, 2024, at the Greenleaf Hotel, General Santos City, Philippines. We are glad to have Dr. Rex Bacarra as the keynote speaker for this event. Getting to know our speaker: Dr. Bacarra is a highly accomplished educator, speaker, and writer with a Ph.D. in Philosophy. He brings extensive teaching and administrative experience from various esteemed academic institutions, including Geneva Business School, York St. John Business School, the University of the West of Scotland, Curtin University, San Beda University, and as the former Dean of General Education at the American College of Dubai. An active community member, Dr. Bacarra has received numerous awards, including being named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the Gulf for five consecutive years. He is a sought-after speaker on leadership and other topics and a prolific writer featured in publications such as Khaleej Times, Gulf Today, and The Philippine Daily Inquirer. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Instructor at Rabdan Academy Zayed Military University in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, while leading projects to support distressed and abused workers and offering free seminars. We are thrilled to have Dr. Bacarra at this seminar and look forward to his insightful talk.
