Training of International Relations Officers (IROs) SOX: Strategic Optimization for eXcellence 2024! CHED Regional Office XII successfully hosted the Training of International Relations Officers (IROs) on November 26–27, 2024, at Champagne Hall, Greenstate Convention Center, Koronadal City. The event gathered IROs from various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across Region XII, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies needed to strengthen internationalization initiatives and boost global competitiveness within their institutions. As part of the program, a new set of IRO officers was elected—marking the start of a collaborative leadership effort to expand academic partnerships and advance the region’s higher education landscape. Regional Director Dr. Nelia Alibin, Mr. Danstone Guy P. Dayaday, and Mr. Janreve Odango played key roles in leading and ensuring the success of the training.
