In today’s fast-paced world, it is crucial to find effective ways to navigate stress. We live with unlimited distractions and constant interruptions to our academic and personal life. To mitigate these negative effects, the RMMC Guidance and Testing Center designed a mental health activity this coming October 13, 2023, at 8:00 AM, at the RMMC Lobby.
