Marichu P. Diendo, a registered psychologist who heads the Quality Assurance Office (QAO) of RMMC, Inc., General Santos City chaired the Adolescent Psychology Session in the 16th Asian Conference on Psychology and the Behavioral Sciences. Four presenters under this session presented their research work including Diendo whose topic was Intervention Program Utilizing Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Framework in Increasing Levels of Self-Esteem and Adaptation Among Freshman Students. Meanwhile, Ailene Grace T. Montejo, the director of Student Services Office (SSO) also had her share of recognition when she chaired the Psychology and Education Session where she also presented her research entitled Adversity Quotient, Demographic Variables and level of Commitment of faculty in Higher Education Institution: Basis for Up Skilling Program.
