LEADING THE CHARGE TO A DATA-DRIVEN FUTURE Kudos to our dedicated paper presenters — selected BSCS student Ms. Pauline Enrhel Rivas and faculty members Ms. Ethel Oczon and Mr. Jim Jamero — for proudly representing RMMC at the 35th National Statistics Month 2nd Research Forum on October 11, held at the University of Santo Tomas Campus in General Santos City, and on October 25, 2024, at SOCCSKSARGEN Hall, NEDA XII Building, Prime Regional Government Center, Brgy. Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City. The exceptional research papers of both Ms. Oczon and Ms. Rivas were selected to represent Region 12 in the Mindanao-Wide Research Forum, hosted by the Philippine Statistics Office on October 15, 2024, in Cagayan de Oro, where the RMMC team was joined by esteemed participants from Regions 9, 10, 11, and the BARMM. The two shared valuable insights on the theme “Harnessing the Power of Data and Statistics for a Future-ready Filipino and Filipina Youth” toward shaping a data-driven future for the next generation.
