Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management

The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management is a four-year degree program designed to prepare students for careers in the real estate industry. It equips them with knowledge and skills in property development, brokerage, appraisal, and management, while also covering legal, financial, and marketing aspects of real estate. The program includes courses in real estate law, property ownership, real estate appraisal, brokerage and sales, land use and zoning regulations, property management, and investment analysis. Students also gain practical exposure through internships and training with real estate companies and government agencies. Graduates may pursue careers as licensed real estate brokers, appraisers, consultants, property managers, real estate analysts, or developers. They are also prepared to take the Real Estate Service Licensure Examination (RESLE).
