To attain its vision, the RMMC College Library will acquire various information sources in different forms, provide facilities and services, and preserve cultural heritage by developing, enriching, and preserving its Filipiniana collections.
The RMMC College Library envisions to be recognized as a leading knowledge resource center dedicated to support the learning, teaching, and research needs of the patrons and its immediate communities.
Offer the clients with the best and relevant information within a suitable environment.
To achieve this goal, two major thrusts must be developed:
1.Development of library collection that will focus on subject areas which support the school’s academic programs and areas of research, and
2.Providing online resources and services.

3. Empower users to locate, evaluate, and use information available in a variety of innovative and traditional formats.
4. Develop and maintain collections in support of the academic pursuit of the college.
5. Foster a work - place culture where library staffs are values for their knowledge and contribution.
6. Develop partnership within and beyond the college.
7. Makes available to the community the collections and expertise of the RMMC Library.
8. To use technology to improve the delivery of services and resources to the users.
9. To review and revise annually whenever needed.
The Library is situated within the ERM building. It is a four-story building with designated areas on each floor. The ground floor accommodates the Graduate School Library. The second floor contains the General Circulating books, the periodical Section, and the Office of the Library Director. The third floor houses the Filipiniana collections, Technical Section, and the Internet Section. Finally, the fourth floor is dedicated to the Audio Visual Room, Discussion/Work area space, Theatre, and the Office of the Multimedia Specialist.
The 2nd floor of the library houses the circulation collections, periodicals, general refereneces, and fiction books. It is also where the office of the library director is located. The floor has been newly renovated with a state-of-the-art design to capture the attention of the users and provide a cofortable area for enjoyable and memorable learning experiences. Additionally, it is equipped with a security gate and four CCTV cameras to ensure the safety of the collections. The circulation counter is where students can check in their books with the assistance of a librarian and support staff. There are 4 computer units that serve as an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) station, allowing users to quickly check the titles of books, articles, and other library resources. Additionally, there are individual carrels available for students who need a quiet space to concentrate.
The Filipiniana collections, internet section, and Technical room are located on the 3rd floor. There are 2 computer units that serve as an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) station, allowing users to quickly check the titles of books, articles, and other library resources. The discussion/work area, AVR, theater, and office of the multimedia specialist are all located here. The discussion and work area room is designed for students to have group discussions and work on projects, such as those for Engineering, Accountancy, and Education students.
