PACUCOA VISIT HAPPENING TODAY The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation, Inc. (PACUCOA) accrediting team has arrived in General Santos City today July 30, 2025 to conduct a preliminary visit at Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges for some selected programs. The PACUCOA Board of Directors has commissioned Dr. Vanessa Paula Garcia, Dr. Raul Trinidad, Mr. Rey Uriel Domalaon, Dr. Elizabeth Malabanan, Dr. Rogelio Llave, Dr. Marlon Roman Navarro, Dr. Lino Reynoso and Mr. Michael Athony Aduan to conduct the orientation. As of this writing, the accrediting agency is conducting a hybrid orientation on accreditation process for Master of Science in Criminology (MSCrim) Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE), Bachelor of Library Information Science (BLIS), Tourism Management and Hospitality Management programs of RMMC. The orientation aims to clarify the concepts and policies of accreditation, and the steps of the self-evaluation process that RMMC did prior the formal visit. A representative group of the school community specifically those involved in the programs to be surveyed and those who will be actively involved in the survey committees was convened and is attending the opening conference today. The move to seek for accreditation of these newly established course programs is one step toward achieving RMMC's dream of becoming the center of excellence in SOCSKSARGEN in education area. Currently, RMMC has programs that are already accredited by PACUCOA and the highest level attained is level 3. RMMC: Passion for Excellence, Commitment to Service!
