RMMC CCJ Strengthens Collaboration Through Strategic Planning and Team Building CCJ Sparks Change: Strategic Planning and Team Building event was held at Marcela’s Farm Glamping Site in Sulop, Davao del Sur, gathering key stakeholders from Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges’ (RMMC) College of Criminal Justice (CCJ). The event brought together the Department Student Council, the Junior Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines (JPCAP), and Bull’s Eye Publication alongside faculty and administrators to strengthen collaboration and set strategic directions for the upcoming academic year. The program focused on planning future activities, addressing challenges, and proposing recommendations to enhance the college’s programs and operations. A major highlight of the event was the team-building component, designed to cultivate teamwork, communication, and leadership among participants. Faculty leaders, including Dean Dr. Marnie J. Besas and Program Director Dr. Jobelle Lorenzo, actively participated, demonstrating their commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Through productive discussions, participants identified key priorities for improvement, such as boosting student engagement, organizing impactful academic and community events, and enhancing internal coordination. The event concluded with participants feeling inspired and united, ready to apply fresh ideas toward academic and institutional growth.
